WHAT HAPPENED?
Bayern announced last month that they would be parting ways with Tuchel and the highly-touted Dutchman has been linked with the soon-to-be vacant post of head coach at the Bundesliga side. Slot has now responded to the links with a hilarious answer.

When talking to the media, Slot was asked about being on Bayern's list, he responded [via Fabrizio Romano]: “I really can't answer that, but it's nice that I'm on a list!”

The Bavarian side have made Bayer Leverkusen boss Xabi Alonso their main target to take over next season but his signing may prove difficult with Liverpool also linked closely. Therefore, they are also thought to be looking at other options including Zinedine Zidane.
